Who we are and why we started:
Jessica Clark Jakob Meikle
Director & Co-Founder Director & Co-Founder
Jessica is JJM Property Management's driving force and works with our landlords, agents and tenants to provide the all-round package. Jessica says:

"I've always wanted to work in property ever since I started working in Housing Services for the Public Sector 8 years ago. I was working with tenants and landlords/agents who were unhappy with their situation and wanted change, and it was my job to negotiate for that change.
​
This made me realise how much I could do for all parties and made me think, how could I do this on a wider scale? I have always wanted to help people to live their happiest lives, and if I can do my bit to help, I absolutely will. I love working with people and I can't wait to start working with you too!"
Jakob (Jacob with a K) is JJM Property Management's spreadsheet guru and top negotiator. Jakob's role is to primarily manage our contractors and refurbishment plans, as well as manage new projects and our accounts. Jakob says:

"I have an eye for detail and enjoy all of the background work involved with projects coming together. I enjoy working with others and managing projects - when you see a team of people create something, that you initially created in your mind, it's a wonderful thing.

I enjoy working with numbers and putting a good spreadsheet together.... So when Jess said to me about her idea to create a business, I knew I could help, and together; we make a pretty good team!"
